The simple rules.

GiftNero lets you make a personal digital gift, with a message, photos, music and optionally a gift card code, and share it as a private link or QR code. When the recipient opens it, it plays like a gift being unwrapped.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s permission, to buy a gift or a pass.

You can buy a single gift without an account. To send your free gift, use the Unlimited Pass, or to see your gifts on every device, you sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, nothing else.

Keep your Google account secure: anyone signed in as you can see and edit your gifts.

• Free gift: $0, one per Google account. It can have up to 2 photos and no gift card, and stays online for 7 days.
• One gift: $1.99 USD, paid once.
• Unlimited Pass: $9.99 USD for 12 months, paid once.

No subscriptions and no hidden fees. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Your gift link is created as soon as the payment succeeds.

With an active pass you can publish as many gifts as you like while it lasts, with no extra payment. To keep it fair for everyone, a pass covers up to 30 gifts in any 30 days. Above that, you can still pay for a gift with a card.

The pass is personal, belongs to the Google account that bought it, and can’t be resold or shared. It does not renew automatically. If you buy a new pass before the old one ends, the new one starts when the old one ends.

Gifts you made with a pass stay online for their full lifetime, even after the pass ends.

If your gift doesn’t work, or something went wrong with a payment, email support@giftnero.com within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.

One gift: if you changed your mind and the gift hasn’t been opened yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of paying and take the gift down. Once a gift has been opened, it has been delivered, so we can’t refund it, but you can still edit it.

Unlimited Pass: refunded in full within 14 days if you haven’t published a gift with it yet.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

You can put a gift card code you bought elsewhere (for example PlayStation Store, Xbox, Netflix, Steam) inside a gift. GiftNero does not sell gift cards and is not connected to those companies. Their names are used only to say which store a code is for, and belong to their owners.

You are responsible for the code being real, unused and yours to give. The card’s value, its region and how it can be used are set by the store that issued it; questions about a code that doesn’t work go to that store. Our refunds cover what you paid GiftNero, not the value of a gift card.

We encrypt codes and only reveal them on the gift’s page. Anyone with the link (and the PIN, if you set one) can see the code, so share the link carefully.

Your message and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, resize and show them only so we can deliver your gift, and nothing else.

You’re responsible for what you put in a gift. Only use photos and words you have the right to share, and make sure the people in your photos would be happy to be there.

Please don’t use GiftNero to:

• harass, threaten or hurt anyone, or spread hate;
• share sexual content, or any content involving minors in a harmful way;
• share someone’s private information or intimate photos without their consent;
• send scams, phishing, spam, stolen or fraudulent gift card codes, or illegal content;
• upload material that belongs to someone else without permission;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service.

If a gift breaks these rules, we may take it down and close the account without a refund. You can report a gift to support@giftnero.com.

A paid gift stays online for 1 year after it’s paid for, and a free gift for 7 days. After that, the link stops working and the gift and its photos are deleted.

You can edit a gift as often as you like while it’s online: from “My gifts” when you’re signed in, or from the browser you made it in. Anyone with the link or QR code can open the gift, so keep it for the people you mean it for.

The music is for playing inside your gift. It isn’t included for you to download or reuse elsewhere.

We work hard to keep GiftNero running, but like any website it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. Please keep your own copies of important photos.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any problem is limited to what you paid us for that gift or pass. Nothing here limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where GiftNero’s company is registered, without taking away the protections of the consumer law where you live.
